Our Mānuka honey range is harvested from remote and untouched forestlands of New Zealand where the indigenous Mānuka bush naturally grow and thrive under the guardianship of our Māori landowner partners. All of our Mānuka honey is independently tested and qualified to carry a UMF® quality trademark. The UMF™ grading system appraises natural markers found in Mānuka honey, and assures purity and quality. By seeing the MGO mark on our label also, you can be sure of the minimum levels of natural Methylglyoxal, a unique signature compound found in New Zealand Mānuka honey.
